With this coated photo paper HP now offers a paper that is an affordable choice over plain paper when it comes to printing photos on a casual basis. Thus, HP Everyday Photo Paper significantly expands HP’s portfolio of photo papers covering a wide range of printing needs. For photo prints with higher requirements, HP recommends the enhanced HP Premium Photo Paper, glossy, covering a range in sizes ideal for everything from snapshot to full-blown A3-poster – now also available with a satin-matt finish in A4-format.
New HP Everyday Photo Paper – coated photo paper at rock-bottom price per sheet
The new HP Everyday Photo Paper, semi-glossy, has met the challenge of delivering photo prints at a very affordable price per sheet that have a glossy inkjet coating. Designed and tested to work with the colour-rich printing modes of the latest HP Deskjet and HP Photosmart printers, this A4-size paper produces an enhanced image quality with brilliant colours and rich blacks, rendering clarity, realism, and detail.
Not only its smooth, one-sided finish specially designed for photo prints makes HP Everyday Photo Paper an excellent choice over plain papers with their rough, porous surface; it is also sturdier and heavier with a weight of 170 g/m2. Therefore, prints on this photo paper have a more high-quality feel to them, and its greater opacity ensures that there are no show-through effects.

Available in 10 x 15 cm, A4 and A3 format with a glossy finish, the A4-size paper now is also offered with a satin-matt finish, especially suited for black-and-white or sepia-toned photo prints. The vibrant colours, deep blacks, and realistic skin tones rendered on HP Premium Photo Paper produce a medium- to high-resolution image quality that rivals traditional photos. It is thick and heavy as photos should be, weighing 240 g/m2.
With HP inkjet photo printers capable of printing in up to A3-size, business and home users can print snapshots and even their own photo posters with a superior fade resistance. HP Premium Photo Paper has a stick-resistant coating on its back that prevents smudging when prints are stacked.
