Autumn (real name Audrey) is another favourite on DPNow. Audrey is someone who takes picture for the love of it and has demonstrated a lot of talent without being 'technical'. She also doesn't use a DSLR, preferring the portability of compact and bridge cameras. We have come to love Audrey's many images from her travels around the world but today's pick is much closer to home in her native Nottinghamshire. Yes it's a sunset but as they go this is a particularly good one with strong definition in the cloudscape and nicely framed with silhouetted foreground flora. This is a simple but extremely effective shot. Audrey has also posted some other versions of this view in her gallery.
