Mobile Phone Users Can Send MMS, SMS and Download Multimedia

Release Issued by Neversquare:

At Neversquare without Being Whopped in the Wallet

Neversquare Ltd ( www.neversquare.com ), a London-based provider of content and messaging services, is making it easy for mobile phone users to download and share high quality photos, ringtones and wallpapers, send SMS, and create clever MMS messages which combine photos with audio – without being whopped in the wallet!

Aimed at anyone with a mobile phone, Neversquare’s non-subscription service provides and creates high quality media with the idea that it should be shared, rather than sold at extortionate prices. With Neversquare, there are no hidden charges and, unlike many ringtone and MMS sites, the service is cheap and easy to use.

One of Neversquare’s most popular features is its handy MMS designer, which enables users to upload their own music and photos and combine them to create interesting effects. They can then send the resulting multimedia masterpieces to their own phones to apply as wallpaper or ringtones, or to friends’ mobiles in MMS format. The choices are endless: users can create quirky greeting or birthday messages or amusing images of themselves accompanied by top tunes.

Neversquare provides an internet image search service, where it finds a picture of anything the user desires and sends it directly to any mobile. The service also features a highly affordable ringtone search. While some sites charge several pounds per ringtone, Neversquare trawls the internet to find the right tune and only charges 25p for the delivery and nothing for the content.

As well as sourcing media on the internet, Neversquare has its own picture sharing forum which encourages members to pool their best pix. Users upload photos or animations and, when someone else downloads these files, they win credits which pay to send messages through the service. As a result, thousands of decent images are available on the site free of charge. Users can also pull images off other websites by using Neversquare’s right-click feature. They simply install a small program and, when browsing any web page, can right click on a picture to send it straight to any mobile. Or, if they wish, they can upload the image to the MMS designer.

Mark Ridley, director of Neversquare, comments: “Photo messaging is the next big thing for mobile phones. At its simplest, MMS involves taking a photo and sending it to a mobile. Why stop there? Add loads of pictures and some sound and make someone’s day with your creativity.”

He adds: “Our service has wide appeal to anyone who wants to upload their own media and send it to family and friends. We're getting everything from people uploading pictures of their pets and sending them to their relatives to kids sending out party invites to their pals. We’re finding that teenagers, in particular, enjoy using our service and their parents don’t get a nasty surprise when the phone bill arrives. I’m shocked when I see TV adverts for ringtone sites charging £4 for a tune when we do it for 25p, and that’s only one of our services.”

To join Neversquare and start using the service, register at www.neversquare.com. Users receive 50 free credits worth two MMS, two wallpapers or two ringtones and, each week, Neversquare will top up their account to 25 credits, meaning at least one free message can be sent. Neversquare is currently running a special offer, where for each 100 credits bought, costing £1, the user receives a ticket for a raffle to win an iPOD shuffle in a monthly draw.

Neversquare is currently a UK only service but will be expanded to other countries when MMS technology allows.
