Hamburg, 31 March 2011 - The Rollei ActionCam 100 offers limitless creativity for both professional and amateur athletes. This lightweight video camera (approx. 75 grams) measuring 90x41x36 mm can record film sequences with its wide-angle, 120° lens and in HD resolution (1280x720 pixels) at 30 frames per second. Video recording is started and stopped very simply by means of buttons on the camera.

From now on filming will always be hands free: The Rollei ActionCam 100 can be attached to your helmet, on handlebars or on any other structure.

The Rollei ActionCam 100 is particularly impressive in low light conditions thanks to its outstanding lens system and fast responsiveness (aperture F=2.0 (W), focal length: 2.5 mm). Four bright LEDs (min. 1 lux) and four infrared LEDs respond to changing light conditions.

The Rollei ActionCam 100 is not just for extreme sports; it’s the perfect companion for any occasion. A housing that is waterproof up to a depth of 30 metres enables the filming of fascinating underwater worlds.
Whether for professional or amateur sports, you can rely on the Rollei ActionCam 100: A built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery lasts up to 3 hours and memory cards (Micro-SD) up to 32 GB can be used.
The package also includes an attachment for your bike and helmet. The subsequent downloading of videos could not be faster or simpler ― you can transfer your videos to your computer using the USB cable or view them on TV via the AV cable.
