dpnow beats famous name sites in Australian online fun poll

Dpnow has come joint third in a poll of people's favourite digital photography sites. The poll was run by the Australian Digital Photography Blog site. Dpnow claimed 12% of the vote, equal with Mark Goldstein's Photographyblog site (note the lack of 'Digital' in the name!).

We were only beaten by Phil Askey's dpreview mega site and dcresource.com. The other top ten sites were Steves Digicams, Luminous Landscapes, Megapixel, Digital Photo Outback, Imaging Resource and photo.net.

The poll, which took place for fun during this month, only netted 300 or so votes overall, but that's not bad for a relatively new site like Digital Photography Blog.

I'd certainly like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who voted for dpnow!
