The DPNow.com discussion forum is rich with photos - after all this is a photpgraphy magazibe website. Anyone signed up to a forum account automatically gets a gallery account too, and it's all free. You can upload hundreds of web resolution photos to your gallery space and this is an ideal way of housing photos you'd like to feature in your forum posts.

Of course you can use external web space for your photos and show them in your forum posts. However, if you would like to participate in our regular Salon photo contest, you can only enter photos located in the gallery. Using the DPNow gallery space also avoids situations where third party web servers unexpectedly prevent photos from being displayed. Regular DPNow visitors are familiar with the way the DPNow gallery works and don't have to learn how to navigate and explore a myriad of other gallery formats.
It's also a requirement of the DPNow Picture of the Day that featured photos must be sourced from the DPNow gallery.
And it's quite easy to post your gallery photos in the forum. There are two main methods, using a feature called MyPics and by copying and pasting the display code from the gallery page of the photo. Here's a video that goes through both options:
If you haven't yet signed up to the DPNow forum or galleries, why not have a go? It's a friendy and rich environment with lots of people eager to help if you have problems and to appreciate your photography.See you there soon!
