The EZPnP DigiMagic DM180 is a portable 1.8" HDD based photo backup/storage device. The DM180 is a handheld backup device for digital photos which is capable of storing thousands of high-resolution images on its 20, 40, or 60GB internal hard disk.
It is only palm-sized and fits perfectly into your pocket. In addition to the compact size, it is also light weight, durable, stylish, and has high speed data transfer and mass storage capacity.
The DM180 offers the ultimate solution in convenience, portability, and storage capacity for professional users.
Stand-alone Mode: The DM180 is primarily designed to be used as a stand-alone backup system from the flash memory card to hard disk drive. It is also designed for ease of quick actions. Simply plug your camera memory card into the built-in card reader, push a button and your digital photos will be transferred to the hard disk instantly. You can make use of the hard disk to backup data and free up space on your memory card for more pictures while traveling.
The DM180 has a set of built-in internal Li-ion battery that allows the unit to be completely portable allowing outdoor shooting without connecting to an AC power source.
Built-in Large LCM display: The large built-in LCM display allows users to view the status of the backup process. Users can instantly check for accurate backup and hard disk usage status. With backlight in blue color, users can use it even in dark places.
Large Storage Capacity: Compact, stylish, and palm-sized design, provides high performance capability of 20GB / 40GB / 60GB for storing thousands of images.
Connecting to a PC or MAC: The DM180 works as an external hard drive and card reader on your PC or Mac though its USB 2.0 interface. It can also be recharged directly through USB2.0 cable while connecting to a computer without using AC power adapter.
