Released by Digital Print World:
Digital Print World In Demand as leading suppliers support show
Twice the size and packed with the latest digital print developments, Digital Print World promises to be the 'must-see' digital print production destination this year
London, UK, 8 July 2004: Following its successful debut last year, Digital Print World, London's only showcase event dedicated to the full digital print production process from concept to completion is back at Olympia from Tuesday 26 October to Thursday 28 October 2004.
As the digital print revolution accelerates, the second Digital Print World has more than doubled in size in 2004 to reflect this dynamic industry. With more exhibitors, more technology and more great business ideas, Digital Print World will provide the perfect forum to see a wide array of innovative digital print applications, participate in expert forums and get first hand advice on technical and business issues.
Rated as one of the UK's most successful events last year, Digital Print World has responded to demand and is returning in even greater splendour this year. Now occupying both floors at Olympia, Digital Print World is already 90% booked, with many major industry suppliers deciding to exhibit for the first time this year. Agfa, Litho Supplies, Nexpress Solutions and Turning Point Technologies are all new participants who will be unveiling their latest digital print solutions at the event.
Many new products will make their UK debut at the show following their international launch at drupa, providing many companies with the first chance to evaluate the equipment if they couldn't make the trip to Germany in May. The whole gamut of hardware, software and consumables will be on show including workflow and design software, digital presses and printers, e-commerce solutions, large format inkjets, consumables and finishing equipment, from the industry's top suppliers, including Canon, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Konica Minolta, Screen, Xeretec Group and many, many more.
Building on the successful interactive formula at Digital Print World 2003, this year's event will feature a number of displays designed to inspire and educate visitors in all things digital. Industry experts and successful digital printers will be tackling all the issues of digital print business, from: guiding visitors through the technology maze, the dos and don'ts of database management, the realities and potential of variable data, personalisation, and successful marketing.
New for 2004 is a greater focus on large format technology and applications and the industry's leading suppliers will be out in force in the dedicated 'Large Format Zone'. The demand for large format print has grown as the technology to produce it is now highly cost-effective, flexible, easy to use and delivers stunning quality and DPW will be the place to see the latest developments in this sector.
