ILFORD PHOTO announces a ‘No M.O.Q’ ordering window for Ultra Large Format (ULF) photographers

Harman Technology Celebrates 5 Years of Unique ULF Support Initiative

ILFORD PHOTO is once again staging a ‘No M.O.Q’ ordering window for Ultra Large Format (ULF) photographers

21st APRIL 2010: HARMAN technology Limited, manufacturer of ILFORD black and white photographic products, is initiating a ‘No M.O.Q.’ sales window for its niche ultra large format (ULF) products for the fifth consecutive year, reaffirming the company’s commitment to helping all forms of traditional photography continue to flourish.

The unique programme allows ULF photographers to order sheet film from the ILFORD black and white range without the constraints of the usual minimum order quantities (M.O.Qs). Instead, HARMAN will combine orders from participating dealers across the United Kingdom to ensure production runs remain viable.

The window opened on Friday 16th April and will run until Friday 18th June 2010. After the closing date, HARMAN will manufacture the products at its factory in Mobberley, Cheshire with a view to shipping the products to arrive with dealers in August. Specific products covered include FP4 PLUS and HP5 PLUS in sizes up to 20 x 24 inches and ORTHO PLUS in hard to find sizes such as 18cm by 24cm.

Steven Brierley, Marketing Director at HARMAN technology commented:
“It’s great that the annual ‘No M.O.Q.’ initiative has reached a five-year landmark. Our heritage of supporting traditional photography in all its forms dates back over 130 years, but this programme, alongside our other ‘Defend the Darkroom’ campaign initiatives, demonstrates our continued commitment to innovate and support photographers in their work.”
