New HARMAN PHOTO inkjet media available to order directly

Release Issued by Harman:

Harman launches Direct2Dealer Inkjet Service

HARMAN technology, the pioneering imaging specialist, has announced the launch of a new direct ordering service, whereby photographers and retailers alike are able to order products from the new range of HARMAN PHOTO professional inkjet papers directly from the HARMAN technology factory.

The new scheme, dubbed Direct2Dealer, allows groups of photographers to order inkjet products directly from HARMAN by dialling the freephone hotline on 0800 234 6484. The service is expected to be very popular amongst colleges and universities, simplifying the supply chain for photography, arts and design courses.

Steven Brierley, sales director at HARMAN technology commented:

“The Direct2Dealer service is something we have established with other products manufactured at HARMAN technology, and with the launch of HARMAN PHOTO inkjet products, we expect demand to be equally high.”

“Essentially, it allows photographers and organisations a direct link with HARMAN, ensuring they have access to the entire range of HARMAN PHOTO products through a quick and simple ordering process.” He added.

Carriage is free on orders over £45, otherwise it is £4.99 per order. This relatively low threshold makes the service highly attractive for even small groups of photographers such as students or camera clubs, who can club make syndicate orders and avoid any carriage fee.

Steven Brierly added:

“Through the Direct2Dealer scheme, we are hoping to make the HARMAN PHOTO range accessible and popular amongst all levels of the photographic community.”
