Exhibition dates: May 1st & 2nd 2010
Kings Langley Methodist Church is holding a photography exhibition and competition. This is to mark the church building’s 75th anniversary. We are holding a celebration weekend on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd May.
They want as many people as possible to join in, as well as the schools in Kings Langley. There are separate categories for children and young people, and adults.
Adults are being asked to submit photographs of the village, or of the churches in the village. - 1st prize will be dinner for two at Oscars.
Under 18s are being asked to look at the song Morning has Broken, and photograph something that captures the mood of the song. Prizes for the under 18 catagories will be £20 Marlows vouchers, and the opportunity to have the winning photo in the Watford Observer.
Judging will be by a combination of visitors to the exhibition voting for their favourite photo, and an expert professional photographer.
