Reed reflections, by Kurt

It's the turn of Kurt once again on the Digital Photography Now Picture of the Day. Kurt's image of the reflections made in the waters of a lake or pond by reeds is very much an abstract composition. The beautiful effect has been aided by turning the image around by about 40 degrees. The meandering reflections are now headed from one corner of the frame to another. I also like the transition from the lighter left side to the darker opposite side. Kurt didn't need a fancy DSLR for this very attractive photo; he used a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 compact camera.
