The second International Garden Photographer of the Year Exhibition opens at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

The winners and finalists of the second International Garden Photographer of the Year competition are featured in a stunning new exhibition, which is now open at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG, Kew).

The exhibition displays over 100 outstanding and inspirational images from the second International Garden Photographer of the Year competition, specially printed and created for viewing outside in the delights of the Kew Gardens situated between the Pavilion Restaurant and the Pagoda.

 The second International Garden Photographer of the Year Exhibition will be on display at Kew Gardens until 3 September 2009.

The International Garden Photographer of the Year Collection 02 book, illustrating all the winners and finalists images in the exhibition and also all the commended images from the second competition is now available in the Kew Gardens Victoria Plaza shop, in all major book stores and also online at www.igpoty.com/shop.asp?parent=shop

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Opening hours until 29 August:
Monday - Friday: 9.30am – 6.30pm. Glasshouses, Galleries and the Treetop Walkway close at 5.30pm
Weekends: 9.30am – 7.30pm.
Glasshouses and Galleries close at 5.30.Treetop Walkway closes at 6.30pm
Admission: Adults £13, Concessions £11, FREE for children under 17 (accompanied by an adult)
