H&M System Software, announce the release of version 2.10 of its software StudioLine Photo

Release Issued by H&M System Software:

StudioLine Photo 2.10 Update Now Available

Rödermark, 13-Jul-2005 - H&M System Software, today announces the release of version 2.10 of its software StudioLine Photo, for the convenient and safe management, editing and presentation of digital photos. This update incorporates an even more intuitive user guidance system and can be downloaded free of charge by all registered users of versions 2.0 and higher from www.StudioLine.net.

H&M's policy of consistent product maintenance and frequent functional updates is proving to be of great value to customers. Downloads have increased 500% in the past six months and positive customer feedback shows high demand for an all-around solution for managing, editing, presenting and sharing digital images. The retail version of StudioLine® Photo 2.10 for Windows® 98, ME, 2000, XP and XP/SP 2 may be purchased from the online store at www.StudioLine.net for 49,95 Euros (Retail Box), or 44 Euros (Download).

"Frequent online updates allow us to quickly respond to customer feedback and suggestions," says Jochen Schug, head of software development. "We don't like to make users wait half a year or even longer before they get relevant new features - and this is really appreciated by our customers. I'm convinced that online distribution of frequent incremental updates will become dominant, because it streamlines product maintenance."

Major features may have to be held back for a major new version, but many functional improvements and new capabilities are always included in the regular updates. Usually scheduled monthly, these updates are free of charge for registered users.

Update 2.10
The 2.10 update has an even more intuitive user interface. The thumbnail size in the Explorer window can be controlled freely with a slider. The updated Explorer has a new wizard that guides users through the process of loading images. Users can choose the folder to which images are to be loaded, or alternatively StudioLine can mimic the folder tree that exists on the source media. This new wizard will help novices get started with StudioLine. Experienced StudioLine users can continue to simply drag and drop images between folders.

A drop-down menu on the toolbar allows images to be ranked or marked for subsequent actions directly from within the album view. Images can now also be sorted by ranking. The advanced options for web galleries have been neatly organized in a settings window. The integrated web gallery preview allows users to get a glimpse of the outcome - if necessary, they are only a single mouse-click away from the settings to make their changes.

Pricing and Availability
The fully licensed version of StudioLine Photo 2.10 for Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP and XP/SP 2 is available online at www.StudioLine.net for 49.95 Euros (£35) in the box, or as a download for 44 Euros (£32).
