Bonusprint introduces professional print quality service
by Ian Burley

Bonusprint's new more expensive professional service strives to shake off cheap and cheerful image

Bonusprint, one of the UK's largest photofinishers, has long been synonymous with value for money in the developing and printing market. So one tends to think of the Bonusprint brand when pondering where to send your holiday snaps to be printed. Now, it seems, Bonusprint wants a bit of the up-market action.

The company has announced that it has added a new 'professional' service, featuring Kodak Professional Supra Endura lustre finish paper. Bonusprint explains that the Endura paper is a heavier weight and designed to render improved skin tones. Bonusprint Endura prints start at 25p compared to just 9p with its standard service. “Professionals and keen amateurs alike can now access prints on professional photo paper at very competitve prices,” said Anthony Ward, Managing Director of Bonusprint. “This paper is estimated to last over 100 years, so is ideal for those special prints that need a professional look.”

Digital camera users can choose between seven different sizes: 5.33"x8", 6"x8", 8"x8", 8"x10", 8"x10.6" and 8"x12", including a panoramic option of 8"x20", ideal for landscape shots.
