Hi-Touch team up with the Milton Keynes Parks Trust

Release Issued by Hi-Touch:

Photo-Print Firm Helps Promote Milton Keynes Parks

Photo-printer manufacturers Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies have teamed up with the Milton Keynes Parks Trust to develop an innovative way of promoting the Trust’s 2005 events programme.

The Kiln Farm-based company has produced full-colour sheets of stickers which people can use on their 2005 calendars to remind them of some of the Parks Trust’s 200 events.

The images on the stickers are all taken by Parks Trust photographic volunteers and sheets are being handed out free of charge. Says Hi-Touch Marketing Manager Kate Cash: “We wanted to do something for the Milton Keynes community and what better way of demonstrating what our photo printers are capable of than with some stunning images from the city’s parks.”

Among the events featured are a photography workshop, the city’s first youth festival, the return of Romans to Bancroft Park, plus full programmes for every school holiday in 2005.

“The stickers are a great way of making sure people don’t miss out on all the fun they can have in Milton Keynes’ parks,” said the Trust’s events organiser Sharon McLeish. “We are very grateful to Hi-Touch for coming up with such an innovative way of getting our message across.”

The stickers are available from the Parks Trust on 01908 233600, by email [email protected] , and from Milton Keynes Central Library.

Founded in 2001 Hi-Touch were winners of the 2004 DIMA Digital Printer Shoot-Out Award. Their photo printers are suitable for PC or Mac and can be used to produce prints, stickers, calendars, greeting cards, ID photos and other photo material. The full range can be seen at www.hi-ti.co.uk .

Milton Keynes Parks Trust is the independent charity that cares for most of Milton Keynes’ parks and green spaces: 4,500 acres of river valleys, ancient woodlands and lakesides, as well the city centre’s prestigious Campbell Park. More at: www.mkparks.co.uk.
