The Cyber-shot L1 is no pussy cat however; it packs a powerful punch in the shape of a 4.1 effective Megapixel Super HAD CCD and Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar 3x optical zoom lens, giving superior image quality. The Sony Cyber-shot L1 has been designed to fit in a pocket or handbag with its slim yet robust aluminium metal body. For added protection and a more compact figure, the innovative Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar 3x optical zoom lens has been specially designed to sit neatly within the camera body and extend only when in the shooting mode.
Full-bodied power
This newest Cyber-shot benefits from the latest technology in the form of Sony's powerful Real Imaging Processor for superior image quality, increased stamina and rapid camera operation. There's also the ability to connect to a PC via USB2.0 or to connect directly to a printer using the PictBridge** interface. When shooting there's no need to concern yourself with calculating the best exposure- seven different Scene Selection modes are preset for scenarios like portraits by candle light, occasions such as a trip to the beach or for a romantic scene under a twilight sky. The special technology designed for the 1.5-inch Hybrid LCD screen means that you can display and frame your pictures in any situation, even in high contrast light conditions.
