Creative Labs has announced a capacity enhanced version of its DAP (Digital Audio Player) Jukebox. The current version has a 6GB hard drive and its new sibling has a 20GB hard drive.

What has a DAP to do with digital photography? Well, with this portable CD player-sized mobile device you can store music and other data files, including digital images, on a DAP Jukebox. It weighs 400g and can connect to a host PC via USB.

Available alongside the original 6GB Jukebox, the new 20GB version will be able to store, play, compile and index the equivalent of 500 CD albums, about 5000 tracks in MP3, WMA and other digital formats. Priced at £339 inc. VAT, the 20GB DAP Jukebox will be on sale within a few days.
