Printer reviews Welcome to the DPNow printer reviews section. We have a carefully selected suite of test images that are used to test and compare printer sharpness, contrast, colour, dot grain and speed when printing photos. Also, where relevant, we examine plain paper text printing quality and speed. It's also our aim to test and compare cost of use through the controlled monitoring of print runs until ink cartridges are exhausted. We also calculate estimated total cost of ownership figures based on the total cost of the printer, plus paper and ink consumed over different projected life uses of the printer in question.
