Quantum Turbo battery Up-Grade available for Nikon SB900
Turbo batteries from Quantum are the most popular external battery packs in the world! Widely used by press, sports and fashion photographers as well as by police forces and of course paparazzos.The new Nikon SB900 flash unit will not work with all Turbo batteries in their existing condition and up-grades are now available from the UK distributor Flaghead Photographic.
- Turbo: SB900 will work fine with the original Turbo battery
- Turbo Z: SB900 will not work with this battery and there isNO conversion available
- Turbo2x2: needs to be upgraded if the serial number is below R243
- Turbo Compact: needs to be up-graded if the serial number is below R112
- Turbo Slim Compact: needs to be up-graded if the serial number is below R274
- Turbo AC: needs to be up-graded if the serial number is below Q092
UP-GRADE INFORMATION:
- Free of charge up-grades are available from Flaghead Photographic for batteries that are still in the warranty period (one year from purchase)
- We will charge £28.00 + P &P + Vat for up-grading batteries out of the warranty period
CABLES: the cables to connect to the SB900 are the same as those used for the previous model SB800, i.e. the CKE and CCKE cables
