First Canon digicam to use SD cards

The Ixus II (Digital Elph SD100 in the US), Canon's smallest digicam and the first to use Secure Digital (SD) memory cards, has been revealed today. The new Canon baby packs a 3MP sensor and has a 2x optical zoom lens. The Ixus II also sports tools for making digital movie clips easier.
Canon has also announced two new compact dye-sub photo printers, the SD200 and SD300, that can print directly from selected Canon cameras. For the official Canon press release and technical specifications, click here.
