Photodex® Corporation Releases Update to ProShow® Product Line

The new ProShow 3.1 streamlines the slide show creation process, bringing creative features and effects to the forefront.

Austin, TX October 5, 2007- Photodex Corporation today announced an update to all products within its ProShow line, the popular photo slide show software for professional photographers and photo enthusiasts. ProShow 3.1 showcases an updated user interface that streamlines the slide show creation process. Creative features and effects are now easily reached in the new Creative Toolbar, allowing users to take full advantage of ProShow's unique resources while assembling a slide show.

"Everything from adding motion effects to controlling captions is now only a click-away," said Paul Schmidt, President of Photodex Corporation. "We've put the most creative features of the software in more accessible places, making the overall experience more streamlined."

ProShow 3.1's new Creative Toolbar allows users to easily manage and edit slide layers, add motion effects to still photos, add captions to a slide show, edit a show soundtrack and more. For easy access to outputting slide shows, a new Create Output dialog was developed. It is the centralized location for all slide show output, housing more than 15 different formats including DVD, HD Video, Flash®, QuickTime® and more, depending on which version of ProShow is being used.

ProShow 3.1 is available in three versions: ProShow Standard for beginners, ProShow Gold for photo enthusiasts and ProShow Producer for professionals. Each version is designed to allow a user maximum creative and functional control while maintaining ease-of-use.

Pricing and Availability
ProShow 3.1 is available now from Photodex Corporation: ProShow Standard for $29.95, ProShow Gold for $69.95 and ProShow Producer for $249.95.
