Delkin Devices Introduces eFilm Archival Gold DVD-R

Release Issued by Sangers:

The eFilm Archival Gold DVD-R

After many technical difficulties to overcome developing a DVD-R that could withstand the rigorous accelerated ageing tests required to meet our Archival Gold standards, we are proud to introduce the much anticipated DVD-R addition to the popular eFilm Archival Gold media line. The eFilm Archival Gold DVD-R.

KEY COMPONENTS
Archival Gold DVD-R's durability is made possible using gold in the reflective layer of each disc.

Gold is one of the most inert, reflective and valuable elements on earth, which makes it perfect to resist the effects of temperature and humidity.

These characteristics prevent oxidation, a common cause of failure to most CD-Rs and DVDs. Thirty percent of Delkin's cost to produce every eFilm Archival Gold disc is due to the use of 24 carats gold in each disk.

The innovative materials and manufacturing methods used to produce eFilm Archival Gold DVD-R's, makes them among the most reliable storage media available. Other DVD-R's may deteriorate quickly due to common environmental factors: ultraviolet light, heat, and humidity, storage, etc. Results of an accelerated ageing process used to test the longevity of DVD-R media show eFilm Archival Gold DVD-R's may safely store images for more than 100 years.

4x SPEED AND 4.75GB CAPACITY
Now photographers working with the larger file sizes of today's DSLRs have a reliable storage media for their work and precious memories.

With the volatility of computer hard drives and the constant threat of virus attacks, Delkin Devices is now able to provide consumers with the most reliable storage media available to back up their images in both CD-R and DVD's Archival Gold products.

Full Pricing and Product Information
All DVD-R versions of the Archival Gold lines have an attractive packaging design, which are easily distinguishable from the existing Archival Gold CD-Rs.
