HP DESKJET 3820
The DJ3820 is a keenly priced all-round printer that is based on HP’s previous generation of 3 colour plus black inks. We originally described, in error, the DJ3820 is compatible with HP’s new photo ink system, which it isn’t - we’re sorry for this mistake! However, it does appear that it is a 4800dpi printer, compared to the previous generation of 2400dpi models, so it’s an inbetween development. The DJ3820 can claim a very economical desktop footprint, but it’s not as low profile as the others in this story.
