  • 3D on TV tonight

Channel 4 has some 3D film on tonight and Sainsburys have been distributing free glasses so I though I would try some anaglyphs.

This is a yellow/blue anaglyph to suit the Sainsbury specs. It's not well optimised at this size but does work when viewed through the Sainsury specs, really needs full screen and no background lighting

I missed the 3D stuff - is it on their ITV Player archive?

I didn't see any specs at our local Sainsburys.

Has anyone seen the new Olympus Pen TV ads with Kevin Spacey?

Yes I saw one during the Gadget Show They used the E-P1 silver/black version Interesting they seemed to be subtly showing the pocketability and interchangeability of the lenses whilst the body was just

          Re: 3D on TV tonight

We watched the Queen with our 3D glasses. We kept having a laugh as these 50's photographers (now quite elderly) kept saying together "You may put your 3D glasses on now."

They have since done a more recent 3D film.

It is on each night this week I believe.

It was a novelty and when a man shook hands with us, his hand seemed to be half way across our lounge! You know, a bit like those shows in Disney, but not as good.

I wont be watching the rest of the series
