  • Red Hill beauties with the 60mm macro

A very hot day's field trip to Red Hill SSSI in Lincolnshire gave me an opportunity to try out my new Olympus 60mm macro. It is a real star and so easy to use - here's a few Butterflies from the visit:

    Meadow Brown

    Small Heath

    Small Skipper

    Marbled White (dozens of these)

    E-M5 plus 60mm f2.8 Macro

    Flowers in another post

Superb doesn't even start to cover these. Lovely soft backgrounds with amazing clarity of the subjects. That is some lens.
I used to have the Canon 60mm macro but I reckon your Olympus has it beat.
