    Lisa's new camera

I had thought about that but it does have a few shortcomings and I do like my E500 as I like the results I can achieve I could jut do without the bulk but maintain the quality. I might just have to make space i guess.

    Lisa's new camera

Made me smile too Mike. How about borrowing Lisa's new camera to take to the Lakes? I am surprised that no one has answered your post on baby cameras. As you say quite a few people have the G10 and are happy. I was using my G3 this afternoon. I still love it, although it is desperately slow at writing up, but I have the wide angle and telephoto converters lenses, so I got all my gear out and went to play in the garden.

How can you resist playing with a new/different camera? I'd have a go. I love your profile image, he/she's very beautiful.

    Lesser Spotted Wife

Here is a rare image of the "Lesser Spotted Wife" at rest on cliffs near Tintagel. This rare bird is not seen very often and is known to be difficult to photograph due to its shyness. This beauty which I think is of the sub genus "Domesticus" could only be viewed from a distance as any approach with image capturing equipment can cause the bird to take flightfor the cover of nearby rocks whilst simultaniously emitting a warning cry that sounds like "goway-goway"

Please note: No wife was hurt or caused any undue stress in the taking of this Photo

All my family are up there so I took the opportunity to go up...........they call me the Cornish Orphan and by the time you rush round to see everyone it leaves little time for for taking photos.
What I did find suprising, was how many intresting things to see there are on the M5 like a large lava lamp type thing , a dinosaur, no joke and the wicker man.I have done the run lots of times and there always seems something new, I went through Bristol at about 9pm and the RAC control room was begging to be photographed, My 15yo son was with me and he was quite impressed with it

Bad luck! Do I deduce that you sacrificed some of your time off for work - which is why you ended up in Brum?
