Apacer CP300 DVD Disc Steno

Release Issued by Intro2020:

The world's first portable battery or mains powered DVD burner
with built in colour viewing screen

Following the success of the CP100 and CP200 CD burning models, the CP300 gives users the capability to burn directly from most popular flash cards directly to DVD & R/RW and DVD-R/RW in situations where mains power is not available or battery power is more convenient. This gives users of larger 1GB+ cards a fantastic back up facility to a single DVD, rather than multiple CDs.

Images from DVD or flash cards can be viewed directly on the built in colour LCD screen for checking and reviewing, or the TV output and remote control can be used to view images and even DVD movies on a larger screen, making it the perfect holiday companion. The CP300 can also be used connected to a Mac or PC as both a card reader and external DVD/CD burner.

Using the CP300 is simple: place your flash card in the flots on the side of the unit, a DVD in the draw and select “Fast” to burn as quickly as possible or “Secure” to run a burn and verify function. It is also capable of multi-session burns, so users of smaller cards can make multiple burns as their cards are filled up until the 4.7GB capacity of a DVD is reached. A single charge of the battery in the CP300 will give approximately 20 burns from a 512MB card, filling over 2 DVDs.

The Apacer CP300 carries a suggested retail price of £329.99 including VAT.
