nothing outstanding. If subject is "train ride", why? Nothing really is shown, mostly outside is blurred. If subject was "girl on train" then she needs to be more in the picture. Other than girl and outside, nothing else is of interest. Photo is OK but the contrast between areas very mininmal. Looks all the same with nothing really that stands out. Not bad, but subject needs to be defined. What does the shooter want us to see?
