I believe that this company was offering to do a cheap/free (I don't know) resurfacing to the Scout Hut and it just happened to be on Polling Day (Ulterior Motive?)
Anyway, we couldn't leagally park and as you can see there are double yellow lines along the road. This amused me and this is why I thought it to be 'Incongruous.'
