And another Spring Challenge 2010 contribution (http://dpnow.com/forum2/showthread.php?t=9924) Love the vivid blue colour - but is it true to life? Cameras often have problems with blues. Nice limited DOF too.

Yes, the colour is true to life - it's a bright, light and vibrant blue. It's a rather 'waxy' flower and the rain and reflective daylight adds to the vibrancy. The flower stands out in situ because of the colour.
