I agree with Pol. What about some cropping focusing mainly and only in the baby´s face and direction of her sight? Let us say from the border of the mother´s lefthand and just under her chin? I hope you do not get upset with my suggestion! Regards, Horacio

Thank you Pol & Horacio. If I remember correctly ISO 400, speedlite with bounced flash, converted to Greyscale and then given a duo tone treatment. Horacio, I would never get upset at any suggestion somebody put my way - I'm very humble that anybody would take the time to comment in the first place! I didn't crop because I wanted to maintain the mother's close presence within the scene, but I'll certainly take it onboard and have a go a cropping as per your suggestion - thanks!

Good suggestion there from Horacio about the crop. I reckon it's one of those photos that warrants two large prints - one as it is already and a second print with the crop. That would definitely provide 2 belters for the family album!
