Verbatim first to launch dual-layer with 8x write speed

The two layers on the writeable side of the media can store a total 8.5 GB of data, music and film. A DL-compatible burner takes just 15 minutes to write four hours of video in DVD quality to the 8x DVD-R DL - the fastest 4x media took 25 minutes.
