How to

As a photographer would you be offended if someone asked you how you achieved a certain shot.

When I have a few minutes chance, I often have a wonder round members galleries and sometimes a photo will jump out at me, and I often wonder how the shot was achieved.

For instance there is one of Ian's where a bucket of water is being thrown,
but the detail caught in that water is amazing.

I have already sussed on a very fast setting, but how to have got the nitty gritty essence of the photo?

Re: How to

I really don't think anyone in here would be in the least offended if you asked how they'd achieved any specific shot. In fact I'm pretty certain they'd be pleased to discuss it.

After all - this is the 'Camera Technique' forum so I reckon you should just fire away and ask whenever you feel so inclined.
