ahhh Pol, thankyou! Being new to this and watching the channel4 picture this program I saw they used flash alot, and not just the normal popup flash which I always find too strong/bright. So was looking around for cheap alternatives to give a little extra light.
Its a bit Blue Peter but an empty milk bottle looks like what I need
