Hi there, I currently have a Cannon S2 IS.

i'm happy with the camera, but I feel there is a lot of limitation.

I'm now thinking of upgrading to a SLR... However, I'm on a Very Limmited Budget.

I Am Considering the Nikon D40 ?

Can anyone tel me good or bad things about this Camera Please ?

Also, I Heard that SAcamera - Online- Sells Grey imports... Can any one Confirm or Deny this ?

As they have the Best price available so far ?

Please Help me ?

It looks as though it is £318 (318GBP) from Amazon. You would have to look up their delivery charges.

I looked at SA cameras on line and they were selling it for 5999Rand which is £408 (408GBP) approximately.

I don't know whether there are any other places.

Stephen ordered a lens from Hong Kong but had to pay some import tax or other. You would need to check these things out.
