Very nice, Andrew - where do I start? The moody sky, the reflections in the water lying on the ground, the starburst lights, the sharpness - all excellent. You've turned what many people would have dismissed as a boring and depressing scene into a fascinating image.

Top notch - a belter HDR and a pano!

Those puddles and that wet tarmac + wet and stormy sky are superb. If there was ever a spot on, genuine picture record of a wet and 'orrible English evening .. this is it!!

            Indeed it is!

It's proof that you don't need to travel great distances to get an excellent picture, a picture that's truly representative of this green and pleasant land.

You might drown standing upright as you get the picci though.

Totally agree with everyone regarding Andrew's great market pano, which has plenty of mood and feel. Here is an example friend Jonathan took, and have decided to delete , I re-worked his image and is now included in his personal portfolio. It is fun to change and enhance the dynamics of any image, this is where I find digital photography now is better than ever.

Hi Danny, I can see you have replaced the sky-scape The difference in levels also makes it look like you have changed the time of day to an hour or two later. That's a though - digital photography enables time travel!

Thanks for the comments on the photo. I always liked the rain in cityscapes anyway adds a lot more to an image. As for it being a depressing scene your right in one way, I have to work there 5 nights a week
