Hi ,
A lovely image, love the mono treatment. A little more detail in the right eye would not go amiss though.

Re: Tz-1 Iso 800

Tinka.

I used this shot on another forum to show the good ol boys there, how to take a decent image with a TZ-1 at ISO 800. TZ's are not renown for very good images at those ISO's. In color they have a lot of chromatic noise, so I used this B&W to show them you could use the function, with pretty good results.

I agree it could use a little more detail in the right eye, also the slight smudge at the base of the left whiskers it could do without. But as images go at this ISO, with almost all compact cameras this is batting 100%. Especially with only this much light. I might put it on that weather site, who knows it might get at least a 4.0.

Pops: That is more of a why don't you get out of here, with that strange thing, and leave me alone look. Then again he takes these spells, but he could have had his mind on a mouse because I was about 5 feet away. I guess he thought I was going to flash him again - he really hates that.
