  • Jess ( Bright Eyes ) Test shoot

    Hi

I did a quick test shoot last weekend with a new young lady who had asked to shoot with me. I do not often give my photos names but this one was just calling out to be called bright eyes. Oh and this was shot on a Fuji X-T1 which is now my new camera Also the lens is the fuji 56 mm F1.2. This was shot at f2.2

Did you get any with her smiling? I especially like the one with her kneeling in the road.

      Hi Tom

No sorry I did try but she seemed to only have the one look. If I shoot with her again I will try harder to get a smile or two out of her. Also that you for taking the time to look at the others as well

A very pretty girl with stunning eyes, but she looks so sad in all of them. Next time tell her she looks like the Governess on the Chase to see if that raises a smile. Ooops, too much daytime TV for me.

It's probably just just her lack of experience so she's probably trying to look serious and intense.

You're right about those eyes though, they're beautiful. I like 18 of 6 (I think that's the one). The b/w version of the image where she's wearing a pale blue cloak. She has a hint of a smile in that one.
