The complete, but unfortunately not working, Old Brewhouse at Lacock. The Mash Tun at top left, the filter bed next to it and the fermenting vessel on the lower right. It would have been even more interesting accompanied by the smell of hot malt and hops!

I find the floor fascinating, a work of art in fact.

Interesting.

I stopped by an ale house today and supped a glass of Tring Brewery's 'Side Pocket' - went down rather well.
