Re: New adds to Patagonia Images
Hi Horacio - I am always looking forward to your updates and again I am so impressed!
I like the mono ones here very much but I am interested to know about the colour ones - have you exaggerated the colours or are these the natural colours? They look very intense to the point of being abstract.
Also, I notice you have posted medium size images - if you copy the code from the larger view page, like this:

Re: New adds to Patagonia Images
Hi Ian, Thank you for your advise. I alrready changed them. I will probably increase a little bit the size when rezising for the web.
The colors are nearly the same but I have increased the luminosity and saturation. I fill that they look more to the feeling I had when I was there. I am trying to get a new look to represent the scenes as they look to my eyes. As you know, the original files are always a little bit dull when compared to reality.
In the fourth picture I moved the clarity slider of the camera raw CS6 to the smoothing side a lot to get that dreamy sensation (by the way a frequent act for me that it is completely different to the similar filters of smoothin of photoshop), and finally I applied sharpening as well. The green trees behind have been localy brightened and saturated a bit also.
I do like very much the concept of "interpretation" of the image edition.
Regards, H

Re: New adds to Patagonia Images
That's much better
I, too have discovered that the clarity slider can be very useful in Lightroom when pushed left (assuming you have LR4 or CS6) to reduce clarity and give a misty smoothness.
As always, thank you for the insight into your images.
I recommend 800 pixels wide for the gallery but have started to use 900 or even 1000 pixels. Most people now have at least 1280 pixel wide displays whereas before I was being considerate to people whose displays may only have been 1024 pixels wide.
