gotta say, with barrybados being blessed with sunlight that day, it made a huge difference, both to the photos and the number of people that turned out. we were also fortunate in that the torch route through bazra took in about 6 miles of major roads so people had ample space to spread along the route.
my favourite shot was the one of the 3 kids looking down the road as the relay approaches (the shot above the female copper on the bike) with the one girl turning around as if to say "it's coming!". unfortunately, the focus point was about 2-3m beyond them, so they're slightly out of focus.
was also pleased with the eye contact i got with sam, the relay runner on that leg (you can read his story here -
