Smile Summer fruits

Post your photos of yummy summer fruits here!

Where's the cream?

Re: Summer fruits

I'm wondering if olives count as 'fruit' I should think so - and tomatoes (which are technically berries).

So let's see yours!

Re: Summer fruits

Ian, olives are certainly fruit but not summer ones. Olives don't begin to ripen until November and here are not usually fully ripe until mid-December.

Re: Summer fruits

Fruits (+veg) delivered to your door.

Our good friends Bill (bearded) and his wife Kathi invited us to Jamaica to celebrate the first birthday of our granddaughter.

From memory I think Joanne my daughter shot this one.

Re: Summer fruits

These were self picked this morning Sat 17th July by my wife and myself. By late afternon my wife will have made one boxful into raspberry jam and the other half will have been frozen for the winter.

Re: Summer fruits

Great stuff everyone

We're off to the Filipino Barrio Festival in Lampton Park (Hounslow) this afternoon - not been before but I hope to see some weird and wonderful tropical fruits there...

Oh well, no fresh fruits at the festival - lots of cooked food though! Will post some pics in another thread later

Re: Summer fruits

Sorry guys, can't help. No fruit this year. The rotten Spring and early summer gales wrecked the fruit crop.
