As a comparison of the end quality available from the Canon 7DII/Sigma 150-600 and the Nikon P900 both at maximum zoom I took shots of the same buzzard in the same tree from the same viewpoint in same lighting conditions. Both PPd in LR with same degree of sharpening. Both cropped but obviously the Canon image by the largest percentage. Which one do you prefer?

The face area appears to be better focussed in the second shot.
