Probably it's just a fairly generic rangefinder camera style with a bit of artistic licence thrown in but if it is a specific camera my guess is Leica lllc with Summar 5cm f2.0 lens.

A central square window and two round windows is similar to Leica lll series and the silver bit at the bottom of the lens looks like the focussing tab on many Leica lenses of the period.
