Well, I nearly always prefer colour for landscapes but in the mono the sky is the predominant feature, it isn't in the colour. So if he sky could be made more dramatic in the colour version then that would have my vote, otherwise I'm undecided.
I like them both for different reasons. The b&w accentuates the shapes in the landscape while the color creates a pleasing contrast between the green of the grass and the bluish sky which is then repeated in the reflection in the water. Both are very nice.
