The point of this post is to demonstrate that you don't need a large aperture lens to create narrow depth of field effects.
Explained basically, zoom in fully with your lens and get as close as you can to the subject.
The result of this shot is that at 200mm f5.6, the result is about the same as I would have got with my 50mm f1.4 at the same distance. Only the front of the car is in focus adding drama and speed to the shot even though the car was stationary!
