What is 'Rep Power' ?

Seem's to me a bit like my recent apr, unacheivable target!
Apr's suck, you work your nads off and then they tell you you've only just made on target.
Even Ian does not have it so whats the point?

You are right work appraisals do suck, seems to me though that you are doing everything expected of you.

The Rep Power thing on the forum though is different, it stands for Reputation and not Representative Except during a short spell during Beta testing of the forum it has always been switched off. It was considered to be something that was not needed and certainly would not enhance the use of the forums. You will have to believe me when I tell you that the default terms, awarded for rep points given, are pretty darned naff
