Exclamation We have a new magazine site!

If you go to DPNow.com you will find it's all different (assuming you have seen it as it was!).

We're still experimenting with the design and layout but the main point is that it's now phone and tablet-friendly.

Articles now have much better photo galleries and it's easier to navigate. You can now share articles to the most popular social media services on the Internet and commenting on articles is much better.

There are some known teething problems so you will find an occasional link that doesn't work. Indeed none of the old site articles are currently accessible - we're working on that.

As always I always welcome feedback.

Ian

I am a bit slow......so I discovered the newness today 10 Nov. I wondered if I was lost or the Chrome did things differently, but.........I like it at first blush :-) Bob

Re: We have a new magazine site!

Thanks Bob - it's very nice to see you here

There is a lot more work to do to revive things. I am having to balance a lot of spinning plates at the moment, if that makes any sense!

Have you added any more kit to your aresenal recently?

Ian

Re: We have a new magazine site!

Hi Ian,
My current kit building is with the mFT stuff. Started wih the M5II + 25/1.4 and adapters for FT, OM, Leica M and Nikon lenses. That was fun, but got lured into the 42.5/1..7 and 75/1.8.....
Then I added the GX85 with the little zoom.. Also along the way I picked up the 15mm body cap.
I still use the M-5. The E-1 turned 13 and the M8 turned 10.
I have the GX85 set up for B&W with the L-Monochrome & 3:2 aspect ratio.
I have found that the M5II's JPEG defaults are a bit cooked compared to all my other Oly bodies, the FTs.
At home, Ms Sharon got her right knee replaced so the Fall was "driving Ms Sharon" and lay off the equipment acquisitions.....
Also at home we've had raccoons in the attic and deer in the yard during hunting season (they know that gun don't shoot around people's houses).
I'll check in every day.
Bob
