Photo critique Here is where you can display your images and seek the comment, advice and, maybe, constructive critique of your work. Only post your images here if you are happy for frank feedback. If in doubt, use the beginners board instead. Only post your comments here if you feel you can make a constructive and polite contribution in response to what is, for some, a leap of faith in exposing their work to your critical comment.

Ok im ready to go with my posh camera.

Snapped these the other day and i'm really chuffed with them.

Pol Helped me with how to do this just a week or so ago, so thanks Pol!.

Anyway i think i should move on with my posh camera now and see how i do.

Also i tried to load them up to my gallery and it said they are uploaded but i can't see them so if someone could tell me if they are it would be very helpful.

Thanks Kev

No, they are not in your gallery, they somehow seem to be on photobucket.com.

Geoff.

When you upload your photos to the gallery you will see them in thumbnail for first and at this stage you can edit the title and add a description. But for the upload to be completed you need to confirm the action by clicking on the button to process your upload. Did you get that far?

Thumbs up Re: Ok im ready to go with my posh camera.

You have every reason to be chuffed! That picci of the Damselflies is superb!

The focus is on the fly in the second piture. Was that intentional or did you mean to focus on the Teasel flower ... I assume that's a Teasel flower or am I showing my ignorance again?

If you did intend focusing on the fly I'd suggest trying to fill more of the frame with the insect rather than having the large flower dominating the frame.

You're obviously getting on very nicely with the 'posh' camera as well as the pointy/shooty.

Just click loads and pick the best?

Re: Ok im ready to go with my posh camera.

vBulletin albums aren't enable her because we have a dedicated photo gallery integrated with vBulletin - PhotoPost Pro. See:

http://dpnow.com/galleries

So that may be the explanation.

Your frog photo is in your gallery so you managed it once

Re: Ok im ready to go with my posh camera.

Ian,I don't understand as to why it worked once and not again.

I followed the same steps that a baby could follow and it wont let me do it although it says it has been successfully uploaded.

Im trying hard to think as to why it hasn't but i have no idea.No error code or message just it says its uploaded but obviously it hasnt.

Ive tried other browsers and reset my pc and still nowt.

Kev

Sorry but i realy carnt do it.

Ive had problems from the start with posts and now up loads

http://dpnow.com/galleries/showmembers.php/cat/500...If i try and upload from hear it still will say it has but it hasn't.

Edit:Would you like me to video the steps and up load it with Photobucket to show you that its not my mistake,Ian?

Re: Ok im ready to go with my posh camera.

Really sorry you are having these problems, Kev. If you have the time to do a video I'm sure this will help.

Am out for most of today so I don't know if I will have time to look at this problem until tomorrow now.

I hadn't noticed the butterfly because it's so well camouflaged (and I'm a dozey old mare who sometimes goes around with her eyes shut).

I think that's a Brimstone Butterfly and they do manage to hide themselves very well amongst foliage.

Here's a link
